Banana Berry Smoothie

Makes: 4 servings

Time: Prep time – 2 minutes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries

1 frozen banana (broken into pieces before freezing)

1 cup water

3/4 cup vanilla yogurt

1 Tablespoon honey

1 can Klarbrunn Berry Blend Sparkling Water

Instructions:

To a high speed blender, add the flat water, yogurt, honey, frozen mixed berries, and frozen banana. Blend until smooth. Add the Klarbrunn Berry Blend Sparkling Water and pulse a few times to incorporate into the smoothie.

Notes:

Add the liquids to your blender before the frozen fruit. This helps the blender as it blends the fruit.

Don’t add the sparkling water until the very end. Because the water is carbonated it’s important to only pulse the blender a few times to incorporate it into the smoothie.
