Matcha Granola

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of quick oats
  • 1 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup of dried blueberries
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tsp of matcha powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 and line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir until well mixed.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
