Pumpkin Baked Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbs ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tbs maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup pecans

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl and then pour into a greased oven safe dish.
  3. Top with more pecans and place into oven.
  4. Bake for 20-25 min. Remove from oven and let cool before enjoying.
