Blistered Green Beans and Lemon
- 8 oz of green beans
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- lemon zest
- pistachios crushed (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 425. Place cast iron skillet in the oven while it heats up.
- In a large bowl, toss the green beans with the olive oil, salt, and lemon zest.
- Add dressed green beans to the hot cast iron skillet and cook for 15 minutes or until blistered and browned.
- Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and serve!
