Blistered Green Beans and Lemon

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz of green beans
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • salt
  • lemon zest
  • pistachios crushed (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425. Place cast iron skillet in the oven while it heats up.
  • In a large bowl, toss the green beans with the olive oil, salt, and lemon zest.
  • Add dressed green beans to the hot cast iron skillet and cook for 15 minutes or until blistered and browned.
  • Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and serve!
