Couscous Salad


  • 1 cup of couscous
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • Fresh dill
  • Za'atar seasoning


  • Make the couscous: bring the couscous, vegetable broth, turmeric, and salt to a boil and cook for 5-8 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
  • Toss the couscous with the fresh dill and za'atar seasoning, then serve as a healthy side or main!
