
Couscous Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup of couscous
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
- 1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
- 1 tsp of salt
- Fresh dill
- Za'atar seasoning
Instructions
- Make the couscous: bring the couscous, vegetable broth, turmeric, and salt to a boil and cook for 5-8 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
- Toss the couscous with the fresh dill and za'atar seasoning, then serve as a healthy side or main!
