Time: Prep time – 15 minutes, Cook time – 5 minutes
- 1 cauliflower pizza crust, baked
- 1 heirloom tomato, sliced thinly
- 1 zucchini, sliced thinly
- kernels from one ear of corn
- mixed herbs
- Prepare the cauliflower crust, then top with tomato, zucchini, and corn.
- Broil on low for about 5 minutes, just until vegetables are browning on top!
- Top with fresh herbs and enjoy!
