Preheat your oven to 400. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Mix.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Pour wet ingredients into dry, then stir gently until just combined.
Fold in the blueberries.
Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each tin about 3/4 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
These go great with butter and syrup!
