Broccoli Grape Honey Salad


  • 3 cups Fresh Broccoli Florets chopped
  • 1 cup Red Grapes halved
  • cup Lightly Salted Almonds chopped
  • ½ cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • cup Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp. Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • Pinch of Salt to taste


  • Prepare chopped broccoli, halved grapes, finely chopped almonds and shred/grate your cheddar cheese if needed. Combine those four ingredients in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey and salt. Pour over salad. Toss to combine.
  • Serve or eat immediately or store covered in the refrigerator up to a week. If you’d like feel free to add in some shredded chicken or Turkey, or some small pasta noodles to make it more hearty!
