Preheat oven to 350, and grease a donut pan, then set aside. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, cacao powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt) together until evenly combined. Make a well in the center, then set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the melted chocolate, alternative yogurt, vegan eggs, almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to a medium bowl, and whisk until evenly combined. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, and mix well until combined and smooth.
Carefully pour the batter into the donut molds, being careful not to overfill.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until they spring back to the touch. Set aside to cool completely while you make the glaze by mixing together the powdered sugar and chai concentrate until smooth. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
Once the donuts have cooled, dip them into the glaze and enjoy.
