Cheesy Ham and Potato Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 1 cup Carrots chopped
  • cup Celery chopped
  • cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Ham chopped
  • 2 ½ cups Yukon Gold Potatoes chopped
  • 2 ½ cups Chicken Broth
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 ½ cups Klarbrunn Raspberry Sparkling Water
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Sauté the onion, carrots, celery until they begin to soften.
  • Add the flour and stir.
  • Add the ham and potatoes.
  • Stir in broth and milk. Bring to a low simmer and cook till potatoes are tender.
  • Add cheese and stir.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve.
