Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad


  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce
  • ½ box Barilla Protein Pasta
  • ¼ cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan shaved
  • ½ cup Caesar Dressing + more for topping

For Chicken

  • 1 tbsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper


  • Mix together spices and sprinkle over chicken breasts.
  • Grill chicken (or cook on stove top) until blackened. Temp with a meat thermometer for the perfect doneness. (165)
  • Boil pasta and drain. Let cool.
  • Meanwhile, in a skillet on the stove, add olive oil and toast the bread crumbs. Once they turn golden brown they’re ready! 4-6 minutes a side on medium heat.
  • Wash and chop lettuce.
  • Chop chicken into pieces.
  • Add lettuce, Parmesan, pasta, half the bread crumbs, and dressing to a bowl. Mix until everything is covered in dressing.
  • Add to bowls. Top with grilled chicken, more Parmesan and more dressing, sprinkle on the rest of the bread crumbs.
