Chocolate Protein Truffles


  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Cacao nibs optional


  • In a microwave safe bowl or a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate, protein powder, peanut butter, and coconut oil together. Stir until smooth.
  • Chill until thick, then roll into truffles.
  • If desired, roll truffles in cacao nibs for added texture.
  • Keep chilled.
