Cinnamon Sugar French Toast Sticks

  • Klarbrunn Berry Blend for serving
  • ½ loaf Brioche Bread trimmed and sliced into sticks
  • 1 cup Milk of choice
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp. + ⅓ cup Granulated Cane Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 2-3 tbsp. Butter
  • Maple Syrup for serving


  • In a large bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, vanilla, and 2 tbsp. sugar. Mix well.
  • Working in small batches, soak the brioche breadsticks in the milk mixture for 20-30 seconds.
  • Add to a preheat skillet over medium heat with melted butter. Cook on all sides for 1-2 minutes, until golden.
  • While cooking, combine the remaining sugar and cinnamon.
  • Then, while the French toast sticks are still warm, toss in the cinnamon sugar mixture. If you have a hard time getting the sugar to stick, brush lightly in butter before tossing again in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Enjoy warm with maple syrup and Klarbrunn Berry Blend for a complimentary refreshment!
