Coconut and Mango Chia Pudding


  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • ½ Mango diced
  • Toasted Coconut Flakes for garnish


  • Mix together the chia seeds and coconut milk until well combined. Cover, then refrigerate for between one to four hours, until chia seeds have taken on the liquid.
  • Mix together the mango and honey, then set aside.
  • In the serving glass you're using, layer the mango and honey mixture and the chia pudding to create contrasting layers.
  • Top with toasted coconut flakes
