Ingredients

  • Klarbrunn Bucky’s Cherry Berry Sparkling Water for serving
  • 1 sheet Frozen Puff Pastry thawed
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Rosemary finely chopped
  • ½ cup Cranberry Sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 8 oz. Brie very thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Walnuts and/or Pistachios crushed

For Homemade Cranberry Sauce

  • 12 oz. Fresh Cranberries
  • ½ cup Orange Juice
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Granulated Cane Sugar
  • Zest of 1 Orange
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • If making homemade cranberry sauce: Combine all ingredients into a large pot over medium high heat. Stirring occasionally, cook until tender and all the cranberries have “popped,” about 10-12 minutes. Reduce heat to low to simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  • Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix the mustard, honey, and fresh rosemary together.
  • Place the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  • Brush the mustard sauce over the puff pastry.
  • Evenly distribute the cranberry sauce.
  • Add a single layer of the thinly sliced brie.
  • Lastly, evenly distribute the crushed nuts.
  • Roll up the puff pastry lengthwise tightly.
  • Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the puff pastry roll into ½” thick slices.
  • Place flat side down on the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until puffed, flaky, and golden brown.
  • Enjoy warm with Klarbrunn Bucky’s Cherry Berry Sparkling Water for a refreshing complimentary drink!
