- 1 10 oz. Pack of Zoodles
- 2 tbsp. Truffle Oil (or regular olive oil)
- ¼ cup Pumpkin Seeds
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- Salt + pepper to taste
- Drain zoodles, if needed, then set aside.
- Heat truffle oil or regular olive oil in a saute pan over medium low heat. Add pumpkin seeds, and toast until fragrant and lightly browned, about 1 minute.
- Add zoodles and toss. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring to heat evenly.
- Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste, then serve warm!
