Fall Zoodles


  • 1 10 oz. Pack of Zoodles
  • 2 tbsp. Truffle Oil (or regular olive oil)
  • ¼ cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Salt + pepper to taste


  • Drain zoodles, if needed, then set aside.
  • Heat truffle oil or regular olive oil in a saute pan over medium low heat. Add pumpkin seeds, and toast until fragrant and lightly browned, about 1 minute.
  • Add zoodles and toss. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring to heat evenly.
  • Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste, then serve warm!
