  • 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust baked
  • 1 Heirloom Tomato sliced thinly
  • 1 Zucchini sliced thinly
  • Kernels from one ear of corn
  • Mixed Herbs


  • Prepare the cauliflower crust, then top with tomato, zucchini, and corn. 
  • Broil on low for about 5 minutes, just until vegetables are browning on top!
  • Top with fresh herbs and enjoy!
