Farmers’ Market Pizza
- 1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust baked
- 1 Heirloom Tomato sliced thinly
- 1 Zucchini sliced thinly
- Kernels from one ear of corn
- Mixed Herbs
- Prepare the cauliflower crust, then top with tomato, zucchini, and corn.
- Broil on low for about 5 minutes, just until vegetables are browning on top!
- Top with fresh herbs and enjoy!
