Fresh Mango Salsa


  • 2 mangos diced
  • 3 Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1 jalapeño diced
  • 1/2 of a red onion diced
  • Handful of fresh cilantro chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pinches of salt & pepper


  • Dice all ingredients finely, combine together and stir. Add the lime juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Serve with chips or on top of your favorite cooked protein.
