In a jar or bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, 3 tbsp. olive oil, freshly chopped herbs, orange zest, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Cover and set aside in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to broil on HIGH. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Add the sliced bread on the prepared pan. Drizzle with 1-2 tbsp. olive oil on both sides of the bread slices. Broil for 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.
In a small blender or food processor, combine the feta, yogurt, and lemon juice. Pulse until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
To assemble, spread a generous slather of the whipped feta over each crostini, then spoon on the tomatoes and juices. Drizzle with a little honey and (optional) flaky sea salt to taste.
