Grilled Steak Summer Salad

  • Klarbrunn Cherry Lime Sparkling Water for serving
  • 1 lb. Sirloin Steak
  • 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar + more for serving
  • 1 tsp. EACH Salt & Black Pepper
  • Baby Arugula
  • Cherries pitted
  • Baby Cucumbers thinly sliced
  • Corn charred and sliced
  • Blueberries
  • Avocado chopped


  • Pre-heat the grill to 450F, or until very hot.
  • Poke the steak on all sides with a fork to help tenderize the meat. Season generously on all sides with salt and black pepper.
  • Let rest 15-20 minutes.
  • Cook on the grill for 3-8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  • Let the steak rest for 5-8 minutes before thinly slicing.
  • Serve the steak over an arugula salad topped with the pitted cherries, thinly sliced cucumbers, corn kernels, blueberries, and avocado. Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar.
