Honey Garlic Pineapple Shrimp Skewers

  • Klarbrunn Pineapple Coconut Sparkling Water for serving
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil + 1 tablespoon for grilling
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 ¾ lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined, thawed if frozen
  • 1 ½ cup Fresh Pineapple chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • Skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning


  • In a large resealable bag, combine the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and fresh parsley.
  •  Add the peeled and deveined shrimp.
  • Seal the bag tightly and shake until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Place in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Preheat grill to 400F.
  • Layer the skewers with the marinated shrimp and cubed pineapple.
  • (Optional) Rub half an onion on the grill racks to clean them, then a halved potato to keep the shrimp from sticking.
  •  Carefully drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil over the grilling racks. Add the shrimp skewers on the prepped grill racks.
  • (Optional) Brush the skewers with the leftover marinade at the beginning and halfway through cooking.
  •  Cook the shrimp skewers 2-3 minutes on each side, closing the grill cover when cooking.
