Horchata Granola Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Quick Oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Poppy Seeds
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp. Almond Extract
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 and line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir until well mixed.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Serve with coconut or rice milk and fresh strawberries.
