
Horchata Granola Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 cups Quick Oats
- 1 cup Almonds
- ⅓ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp. Poppy Seeds
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tsp. Almond Extract
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 and line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir until well mixed.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve with coconut or rice milk and fresh strawberries.
