Prepare the sauce by combining the beef broth, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, brown sugar, honey, ground ginger. Whisk together and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat a couple tablespoons of olive oil and sauté red bell peppers, and broccoli florets for a couple minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add another tablespoon of olive oil to the same skillet and sauté the ground beef.
When ground beef is cooked through return the vegetables to the pan and add the sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for about five minutes. Then, in a small dish, whisk together, cornstarch and water and pour into sauce, stirring until sauce thickens. Serve with cooked rice.
