
Olive Bread
Ingredients
- 4 Ciabatta Rolls sliced in half to make 8 pieces
- 8 oz. Prepared Olive Tapenade
- 8 slices Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ cup Cream Cheese softened
- 1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix cream cheese with balsamic and spread on each piece of ciabatta bread.
- Place ciabatta on a baking sheet. Evenly spread olive tapenade over the cream cheese. Top each piece with a slice of mozzarella.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cut diagonally to create triangles. Serve.
