Olive Bread


  • 4 Ciabatta Rolls sliced in half to make 8 pieces
  • 8 oz. Prepared Olive Tapenade
  • 8 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar


  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix cream cheese with balsamic and spread on each piece of ciabatta bread.
  • Place ciabatta on a baking sheet. Evenly spread olive tapenade over the cream cheese. Top each piece with a slice of mozzarella.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cut diagonally to create triangles. Serve.
