Pear & Goat Cheese Crostini

  • Klarbrunn Raspberry Sparkling Water for serving
  • 1 large Baguette sliced into 12-14 pieces
  • 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 4 oz. Goat Cheese softened
  • 2 ripe Pears thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp. Honey
  • Flaky Salt for garnishing
  • Fresh Thyme for garnishing


  • Place the baguette slices on a large, rimmed baking pan. Generously drizzle with olive oil.
  • Broil on HIGH for 1-2 minutes on each side, just until golden and crisp. Keep a close eye on the crostini while baking.
  • Spread a generous slather of softened goat cheese on each crostini.
  • Add 1-2 thinly sliced pears on top of each, then drizzle with honey.
  • Garnish with salt and black pepper to taste, as well as fresh thyme leaves.
