Place the baguette slices on a large, rimmed baking pan. Generously drizzle with olive oil.
Broil on HIGH for 1-2 minutes on each side, just until golden and crisp. Keep a close eye on the crostini while baking.
Spread a generous slather of softened goat cheese on each crostini.
Add 1-2 thinly sliced pears on top of each, then drizzle with honey.
Garnish with salt and black pepper to taste, as well as fresh thyme leaves.
