Picnic Baguette Sandwiches
- Klarbrunn Raspberry Sparkling Water for serving
- 1 large Baguette
- 3 cups Baby Arugula
- 10 oz. Assorted Deli Meats such as prosciutto, salami, soppressata, ham, turkey
- 8 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Bocconcini sliced
- 1 large Tomato sliced
- ⅓ cup Pepperoncini
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt & Black Pepper to taste
- Parchment Paper & Twine for wrapping
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Spread the butter over bottom slice.
- Layer the bottom slice with assorted deli meats, sliced fresh mozzarella, sliced tomato seasoned with salt and black pepper, arugula, pepperoncini, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
- Add the top slice, then wrap in parchment paper. Using 3-4 strings of twine, evenly spread them out and tie knots. Slice the baguette into individual sandwiches in between the strings.
