Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Spread the butter over bottom slice.
Layer the bottom slice with assorted deli meats, sliced fresh mozzarella, sliced tomato seasoned with salt and black pepper, arugula, pepperoncini, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
Add the top slice, then wrap in parchment paper. Using 3-4 strings of twine, evenly spread them out and tie knots. Slice the baguette into individual sandwiches in between the strings.
