
Protein Packed Red Feta Dip
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Feta Cheese drained
- 1 cup Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers drained and dried
- 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil for garnish
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, yogurt, garlic, roasted red peppers, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Do not over mix or mixture may become watery.
- Pour dip into a bowl and chill completely before serving. Garnish with olive oil.
