
Pumpkin Baked Oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tbsp. Ground Flaxseed
- ¼ cup Canned Pumpkin
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- ½ tbsp. Maple Syrup
- ⅔ cup Almond Milk
- 1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt
- ¼ cup Pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl and then pour into a greased oven safe dish.
- Top with more pecans and place into oven.
- Bake for 20-25 min. Remove from oven and let cool before enjoying.
