Reindeer Brownie Cookies

  • Klarbrunn Black Cherry Sparkling Water for serving
  • 1 ¼ cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp. Fine Sea Salt
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ½ cup Light Brown Sugar packed
  • cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 ¾ cup Chocolate Chips
  • Red Chocolate Candies for decorating
  • Mini Pretzels for decorating
  • Candy Eyes for decorating


  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder. Mix well and set aside.
  • In a small saucepan, combine the butter and 1 ¼ cup chocolate chips. Melt over LOW heat until both ingredients are melted.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the sugars and eggs together for 1-2 minutes, until fluffy and smooth. Add the melted chocolate mixture and whisk well.
  • Stir in the vanilla.
  • Fold in the flour mixture with a spatula just until combined.
  • Fold in the remaining chocolate chips.
  • Freeze for 10 -15 minutes, until thick enough to roll into balls.
  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line a large, rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Using 2-3 tablespoons per cookie, roll into balls and place on the prepared pan 3” apart.
  • Bake for 9-10 minutes, until set in the center.
  • Use a large cookie cutter to help make those perfect circular cookies, if desired.
  • Let cool 5 minutes before lightly pressing the pretzels towards the top of the cookies for the antlers, a red chocolate candy for the nose, and candy eyes.
