
Summer Tofu Salad
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Extra Firm Tofu drained
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- Chives chopped
- Dill chopped
Instructions
- Mix the tofu and Greek yogurt together until tofu has broken down slightly. Season with salt, pepper, chives, and dill, then garnish with extra herbs and enjoy with bread or veggies!
