Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Lay chopped cauliflower on a lined baking sheet and spray with cooking oil spray so the cauliflower does not burn. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
While cauliflower is baking, in a small sauce pan whisk together sauce ingredients, bring to a boil whisking constantly then reduce to simmer until thickened. Remove from heat.
When cauliflower is finished, let it cook for a couple minutes. Then add sauce over the cauliflower and toss together. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
