Sweet & Sticky Cauliflower


  • 1 Head of Cauliflower washed and chopped
  • Cooking Spray Oil
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Salt
  • Chopped Green Onions & Sesame Seeds for Garnish

For the Sauce

  • ¼ cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Sriracha Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Cornstarch


  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Lay chopped cauliflower on a lined baking sheet and spray with cooking oil spray so the cauliflower does not burn. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • While cauliflower is baking, in a small sauce pan whisk together sauce ingredients, bring to a boil whisking constantly then reduce to simmer until thickened. Remove from heat.
  • When cauliflower is finished, let it cook for a couple minutes. Then add sauce over the cauliflower and toss together. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
