- 1 Wrap use chickpea if GF
- Mixed Greens
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 Cucumber sliced
- 2 tbsp. Tahini
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- Mix the tahini and lemon juice together and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers into the dressing and toss until covered.
- Add vegetables to wrap and enjoy!
