Tofu Tacos


  • 8 oz. Extra Firm Tofu
  • 2 tbsp. Taco Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 Jalapeño sliced thinly
  • Avocado and Cilantro for garnish
  • Taco Shells for serving


  • Coat the tofu with the taco seasoning, then set aside.
  • In a hot pan, cook the tofu in the olive oil until slightly browned, then remove from pan.
  • Cook the grape tomatoes and jalapeno in the pan with the leftover oil and seasoning.
  • Make the tacos, garnishing with avocado and cilantro if using!
