- 8 oz. Extra Firm Tofu
- 2 tbsp. Taco Seasoning
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- Grape Tomatoes
- 1 Jalapeño sliced thinly
- Avocado and Cilantro for garnish
- Taco Shells for serving
- Coat the tofu with the taco seasoning, then set aside.
- In a hot pan, cook the tofu in the olive oil until slightly browned, then remove from pan.
- Cook the grape tomatoes and jalapeno in the pan with the leftover oil and seasoning.
- Make the tacos, garnishing with avocado and cilantro if using!
