Valentine’s Day “Candy”


  • 8 oz. Dark Chocolate
  • 1 cup Freeze-Dried Strawberries or Raspberries
  • Digestive Biscuits of Choice can also use crackers for a saltier finish!)
  • Sea Salt


  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, then put it in a deep, small bowl.
  • Add the freeze-dried strawberries to a freezer bag and use a rolling pin to crush them up into smaller pieces. Pour into a bowl.
  • Dip the crackers or biscuits into the melted chocolate, then place them onto a cooling rack over parchment paper.
  • Top with freeze-dried strawberry crumbs and sea salt.
  • Cool completely, then serve.
