Vanilla Protein Granola


  • 1 ½ cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cup Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • ½ cup Chopped Almonds or Nut of Choice
  • ¼ cup Avocado Oil
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 2-3 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper. Combine all granola ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine until coated.
  • Transfer to lined sheet pan in a single layer and baked for about 20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes until browned. Allow to cool and use as a healthy snack, topping for yogurt or as a cereal with your favorite milk. Store in an air tight container up to two weeks. Enjoy!
