
Whipped Feta Dip
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. block Feta Cheese
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 medium clove Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp. Good Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- To a food processor or high speed blender, add the feta, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic.
- Blend or process until the texture is completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as you go.
- Add in the olive oil, and blend to incorporate.
- Taste, and adjust salt and pepper to your preference.
- Top with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of fresh herbs or crushed red pepper flakes.
- Serve with pita wedges, sliced vegetables, or chips.
