Whipped Feta Dip

  • 1 8 oz. block Feta Cheese
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 medium clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp. Good Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  • To a food processor or high speed blender, add the feta, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic.
  • Blend or process until the texture is completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as you go.
  • Add in the olive oil, and blend to incorporate.
  • Taste, and adjust salt and pepper to your preference.
  • Top with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of fresh herbs or crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with pita wedges, sliced vegetables, or chips.
