White Bean Hummus
- 1 can Cannellini or White Navy Beans drained
- ⅓ cup Tahini
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 ½ tsp. Salt
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Herbs for garnish (I use mint, parsley, and chives!)
- Olive Oil for garnish
- Add all ingredients except for herbs and olive oil into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If too liquidy for your taste, add more tahini as needed.
- Pour into bowl, then top with more black pepper, herbs, and olive oil!
