White Bean Hummus


  • 1 can Cannellini or White Navy Beans drained
  • cup Tahini
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 ½ tsp. Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper
  • Herbs for garnish (I use mint, parsley, and chives!)
  • Olive Oil for garnish


  • Add all ingredients except for herbs and olive oil into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If too liquidy for your taste, add more tahini as needed.
  • Pour into bowl, then top with more black pepper, herbs, and olive oil!
