Tahini Wraps


1 wrap (use chickpea if GF)

mixed greens

1 tomato, sliced

1 cucumber, sliced

2 TBSP of tahini

1 TBSP of lemon juice



  1. Mix the tahini and lemon juice together and season with salt and pepper. 
  2. Mix greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers into the dressing and toss until covered.
  3. Add vegetables to wrap and enjoy!


You can use any salad dressing to make this wrap your own!
