Tofu Tacos


8 oz extra firm tofu

2 TBSP taco seasoning

2 TBSP olive oil

grape tomatoes

1 jalapeno, sliced thinly

avocado and cilantro for garnish

taco shells for serving




  1. Coat the tofu with the taco seasoning, then set aside.
  2. In a hot pan, cook the tofu in the olive oil until slightly browned, then remove from pan.
  3. Cook the grape tomatoes and jalapeno in the pan with the leftover oil and seasoning.
  4. Make the tacos, garnishing with avocado and cilantro if using!
