White Bean Hummus


  • 1 can of cannellini or white navy beans drained
  • 1/3 cup of tahini
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp of salt
  • cracked black pepper
  • herbs for garnish (I use mint, parsley, and chives!)
  • olive oil for garnish


  • Add all ingredients except for herbs and olive oil into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If too liquidy for your taste, add more tahini as needed.
  • Pour into bowl, then top with more black pepper, herbs, and olive oil!
