White Bean Hummus
- 1 can of cannellini or white navy beans drained
- 1/3 cup of tahini
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp of salt
- cracked black pepper
- herbs for garnish (I use mint, parsley, and chives!)
- olive oil for garnish
- Add all ingredients except for herbs and olive oil into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. If too liquidy for your taste, add more tahini as needed.
- Pour into bowl, then top with more black pepper, herbs, and olive oil!
