In a small serving bowl, combine the ricotta, lemon zest and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Spoon the beet hummus on top and lightly swirl into the ricotta. Add to you charcuterie board.
Add the tzatziki to a separate small serving bowl, then place on your charcuterie board.
Fill the remaining empty spaces on the charcuterie board with the sliced farmers market vegetables, pita bread, and (optional) feta or any cheeses you desire.
